The Cove

After the storm - Fermin's Cove

After Tropical Storm Lee passed through the region, we set out slowly along the coast, curious to see how the storm had shaped the shoreline. At Firmin’s Cove, the waves were still high, crashing against the steep cliffs. The storm clouds began to break apart, letting shafts of sunlight pour across the wildflowers and rocky headlands. The contrast of brooding sky, rough sea, and vivid green hills made the moment feel raw and alive—a fierce kind of beauty only nature can offer after a storm.
